Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Padel4Eva, we are committed to delivering premium padel equipment and an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the policy below before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of padel equipment, hygiene considerations, and the loss of resale value once opened or used, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

Grips
-
Balls
-
Bags
Once opened or used, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This timeframe allows us to investigate the issue promptly and, where applicable, lodge claims with couriers or suppliers.

Clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault
Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Where applicable, exchanges may be requested under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

All seals and packaging must be intact, and the item must be in resaleable condition

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Courier costs associated with exchanges are for the customer’s account, unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly
Items listed as non-returnable may only be exchanged if a fault or damage is confirmed upon delivery.
Warranties
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty, where applicable.

Warranty assessments are conducted in accordance with supplier guidelines

Padel4Eva does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer or supplier

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, impact damage, or improper handling are not covered
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will assist in facilitating the warranty process with the supplier.
Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return or exchange is approved:

The item must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Items that have been used, opened, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted

Proof of purchase is required
Return & Exchange Shipping

Return and exchange courier costs are non-refundable and for the customer’s account

Once an item has been handed to a courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and timelines

In cases of confirmed faults or order errors, we will assist with return arrangements where reasonably possible
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
