At Padel4Eva, we are committed to delivering your padel gear quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible after payment confirmation.

In-Stock Items

Orders for items that are in stock at our warehouse are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Supplier Stock Items

Items marked as “in stock at supplier” are typically dispatched within 4–8 working days, depending on the specific supplier.

If your order contains a combination of warehouse-stock and supplier-stock items, we reserve the right to:

  • Ship items separately as they become available; or

  • Dispatch the complete order once all items are ready.

We will communicate with you should extended processing times apply.

Supplier Availability Disclaimer

While items may be marked as “in stock at supplier”, such availability is based on information provided by third-party suppliers and is subject to change without notice.

In the event that a supplier is unable to fulfil an item after your order has been placed:

  • We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible; and

  • You may choose to receive a full refund for the unavailable item, or

  • Select an alternative product (where available).

Padel4Eva shall not be held liable for supplier stock shortages beyond our reasonable control.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the courier service used.

Typical delivery estimates (from date of dispatch):

  • Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 working days

  • Regional/outlying areas: 2–4 working days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

  • Free shipping on orders of R1000.00 or more

  • A flat rate of R150.00 applies to orders under R1000.00

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email; and

  • A tracking number (where applicable).

You may use the tracking number to monitor delivery directly with the courier.


5. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High shipping volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions

Padel4Eva is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers; however, we will assist in resolving any issues wherever reasonably possible.


6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

Padel4Eva will not be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

  • Incomplete contact details

  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be re-delivered.


7. Shipping Area

Padel4Eva currently ships within the Republic of South Africa only.


8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and items

  • Include your order number in your correspondence

We will investigate the matter and work towards a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
